Needed a massage therapist who truly understood the source of chronic pain and had the level of skill to be able to target very specific trigger points and muscle bands that were hurting. I would regularly experience diffuse pain in parts of my lower back, shoulders, neck, or midback. Ken is able to not only identify (without even asking me) exactly where I’m in pain, and his precision touch with the perfect amount of pressure causes a near instantaneous release of the pain in tension. In addition, though, Ken will then identify a referred area somewhere else in the body that I didn’t even realize was tender or painful, but that is apparently related to the original source of pain. He clearly has extensive anatomical knowledge and a true hyper-focus on relieving pain or stress for his clients. Also, the One Touch office and therapy rooms are extremely comfortable and serene, which greatly enhances the relaxation of the experience. I cannot overstate how helpful Ken and One Touch have been.
